Jungian Analysis

Jungian and Psychodynamic models are both in-depth forms of therapy. They each have a long and respected tradition.

We all have a tendency to repeat patterns of behaviour and in spite of our wish to change, we can feel unable to. Therapy provides a safe, confidential and supportive space in which to explore these patterns.

With the Jungian and pyschodynamic models, the relationship between the client and therapist is central to the work being done, and painful situations in the present that have their roots in the past may be understood in a clearer way. This understanding allows the possibility of greater freedom of thought and action.
